CAMPER VANS IN NEW JERSEY

Growing up in Brooklyn, we never went to NJ. Now that we are Van Lifers, we've come to really enjoy what the Garden State has to offer. If you want an in-depth guide of VanLife in New York and the surrounding states, make sure to also check this guide out!
WHERE TO STAY WITH YOUR CAMPER VAN IN NEW JERSEY
BOONDOCKING AND CAMPING: Unlike Western states, New Jersey does not have Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land. For boondocking, options are limited, but national forests like the Delaware Water Gap offer some opportunities with the proper permits. Always check local regulations and secure necessary permissions. There are quite a few boondocking spots on iOverlander, but NJ has great campgrounds and Harvest Hosts.
iOverlander: Is a wonderful non-profit project that shows you where to boondock, fill-up on water, and camp!
HARVEST HOSTS: Is a network of wineries, farms, attractions, breweries for #VanLifers to stay safely overnight at. New Jersey has a ton! Here are some of the top picks:
